September 1, 2016Wednesday, 31 August 2016 the 7th and 9th graders, as part of their orientation for the new school year, gathered with headmaster, Br. Paul Diveny, O.S.B., faculty and senior leaders for Mass. Fr. Edward Seton Fittin, O.S.B., religious studies chairman, was the celebrant. Student campus ministers served as lectors and extraordinary ministers of Communion. Dr. David Hajduk, campus minister, and several other students, provided the music. Students were reminded that the abbey church, celebrating 50 years, is the physical and spiritual heart of the school, a place for them to consider their home and reminder of God's providence.
